Who I am
I am Jill Smith. Sibling to Curt Smith, child to Brad and Mary Smith, and the grand-baby of Eva and James Buchanan, and Harold and Joan Smith.
Theres a lot of things that I DON'T like. But I'll try to keep the list to a minimum.
I don't like bugs, of any sort, especially spiders. I don't like onions, tomatoes, mushrooms, or spicy food. I don't like the dentist, infact, I hate it. I don't like e-mailing people. I'd rather send mail via snail-mail. I don't like when my toes are cold. I dont like feet. I don't like when I wake up, and sun is making my room bright. I don't like Justin Beiber. or Miley Cyrus. Or anyone like that.
Theres a lot that I do like though. I like perogies. I like Will Smith. I like laughing. I like my friends. I like jokes. I like knitting. I like good books. I like tea. I like old pictures. I like my ipod touch. I like music. I like changing my hair colour, I've been pretty much every colour. I like movies. I like Gerard Butler. I like my friends. I like subway. I like country Music. I like Enrique Iglesias. I like Dierks Bentley. I like drawing mustaches on pictures in magazines. I like lots.
I've always lived in Goderich, but I'm not the biggest fan of it. There really isn't much to do here. So I've learned ways to make my own fun. Drawing, baking, cooking, taking pictures, so on and so forth.
I get frustrate very easily. And i get anxious very easily. I worry alot. But usually, I'm a happy person. I love hearing jokes, and telling jokes. I like things that really make me think, such as sudoku, crosswords, riddles, blah blah blah.
My grandparents are super important to me. They've done so much for me. Whenever I get the time, I go down to Atwood and listen to my grandpa's stories, or make cookies with my grandma. I love my family.
As for my future career, I'm still not 100% sure as to what I'd like to be. I've been thinking along the lines of journalism. But I'm still not sure. If I could be anything, I'd be a stewardess. Why? Fly all over the world.
I would LOVE to travel the world. Mainly Ireland though. Other places I'd like to go include Australia, Chine, Egypt, and Alaska.
I get motion sick real easy. I mean, if i swing on a swing, I'll get sick.
I've had a few jobs over the years. I worked at Tim Horton's, and hated it. I worked at Shell Gas Station, pumping gas...hated it. Now I work at a chinese restaurant. It's a decent job. I've learned to speak a bit of chinese. Mostly food, and swear words. I work with a close pal of mine, Shannon Scully, or as i call her "Shan-the-man". Honestly, we probably shouldnt work together. Why? example : tonight, we made a dance move called "the Gran Torino". more reasons? we keep a collection of pictures we draw of funny looking costomers. we dance at work. alot. We goof around alot. But hey, it keeps me liking my job, so there.
I crack my knuckles all the time. I know I shouldn't, but it's a bad habit. you know?
I'm a daddy's girl. I'm basically a miniature, female verson of him. without the beard.
I had what some call a "Bowl Cut" when i was a wee thing. Furthermore, was often mistaken for a boy. An elderly man told my mom "what hansome young boys you have"...he was talking about my brother and I...embarassing.
Anyways, that's a bit about me. You'll probably learn more throughout this next..however long your teaching for?
